Wpromote is hiring a Marketing Operations Specialist to support HubSpot and Salesforce implementation, automation, and reporting for its digital marketing clients. You will build workflows, manage lead scoring, and maintain data integrity across CRM and marketing automation systems for a portfolio of B2B and B2C brands.
Wpromote's marketing operations practice helps clients connect their tech stacks — CRM, email, ads platforms, and analytics — so that data flows cleanly and reporting is trustworthy. You will work with 3–5 client accounts simultaneously, handling HubSpot or Marketo configuration, workflow builds, and reporting setup. Clients range from SaaS startups to regional B2B service businesses.
This role is ideal for a technically minded marketer who enjoys the systems side of marketing — setting up workflows, cleaning data, and connecting platforms. You should be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing client deliverables with a consistent level of quality across multiple accounts.
