About This Role

Wpromote is hiring a Marketing Operations Specialist to support HubSpot and Salesforce implementation, automation, and reporting for its digital marketing clients. You will build workflows, manage lead scoring, and maintain data integrity across CRM and marketing automation systems for a portfolio of B2B and B2C brands.

Role Context

Wpromote's marketing operations practice helps clients connect their tech stacks — CRM, email, ads platforms, and analytics — so that data flows cleanly and reporting is trustworthy. You will work with 3–5 client accounts simultaneously, handling HubSpot or Marketo configuration, workflow builds, and reporting setup. Clients range from SaaS startups to regional B2B service businesses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure HubSpot or Marketo workflows, lead scoring models, and lifecycle stage logic
  • Build email sequences, landing pages, and forms for client demand generation programs
  • Set up UTM tracking and campaign reporting dashboards
  • Manage CRM data hygiene — deduplication, list imports, and field mapping
  • Integrate marketing automation with Salesforce and third-party data sources
  • Produce monthly marketing operations reports for client stakeholders

Requirements & Skills

  • Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, or Information Systems
  • HubSpot Marketing Hub certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • 1–2 years with HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or a similar MAP
  • Basic understanding of Salesforce CRM and lead routing logic
  • Strong attention to detail for data integrity and QA tasks
  • Client-facing communication experience a plus
