Role Context

You will sit within the B2B Marketing team, working on campaigns that acquire new customers for LinkedIn's paid solutions. Your primary channel is LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and you will run Sponsored Content, Message Ads, and Lead Gen Forms at scale. Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute LinkedIn Campaign Manager campaigns for B2B lead generation

  • Optimize campaigns toward MQL and pipeline contribution targets

Requirements & Skills

  • Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, or Communications
  • 1–3 years in B2B digital marketing, demand generation, or paid media
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager strongly preferred
  • Understanding of B2B buying cycles and account-based marketing concepts
  • Strong analytical skills — comfortable with campaign reporting and funnel analysis
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or Marketo for lead tracking
