Wunderman Thompson is hiring a Digital Marketing Strategist to support integrated campaign planning for major brand clients across retail, FMCG, and technology sectors. You will develop channel strategies, competitive analyses, and audience insights that guide creative and media execution teams.
You will join an account team serving 1–2 major brand clients, partnering with account managers, creatives, and media planners. Your role is to translate business objectives into digital marketing strategy — defining the right audience segments, channel mix, content frameworks, and measurement approaches. Wunderman Thompson clients span commerce, CRM, and brand building, and your strategies will need to address all three.
This role suits a strategic thinker who loves the upstream work — defining the problem, understanding the audience, and designing the approach — before execution begins. Agency experience is preferred, as you will be managing client expectations alongside internal teams from day one.
