Klaviyo
Klaviyo is hiring an Email and SMS Marketing Specialist to build and optimize lifecycle marketing programs for Klaviyo's own e-commerce and SaaS customer base. You will manage segmented email flows, promotional SMS campaigns, and cross-channel journeys using Klaviyo's platform — the same tools you help customers master.
Klaviyo's internal marketing team uses the platform to manage segmentation, automation, and SMS for a list of over 2 million subscribers. You will build and own key lifecycle flows — welcome series, trial activation, re-engagement, and upgrade — as well as promotional campaigns tied to product launches and seasonal moments. Your work directly showcases what Klaviyo customers can achieve.
This role is ideal for a lifecycle email marketer who loves the technical side of segmentation and automation, but also cares about the copy. If you understand the difference between a welcome flow and a win-back campaign, and can explain it to a non-technical marketer in plain English, you are exactly who Klaviyo is looking for.
Klaviyo is a Boston-based marketing automation platform purpose-built for e-commerce, used by over 130,000 brands. It went public on the NYSE in 2023 and continues to expand its email, SMS, and CDP capabilities for DTC and retail brands globally.
