Role Context

You will sit within the Consumer Digital Marketing team, reporting to a Senior Brand Manager. Your role involves coordinating between creative studios, legal, retail, and channel teams to ensure campaign assets are delivered on time and activated correctly across each touchpoint. Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate digital asset delivery from creative teams to channel managers
  • Maintain campaign calendars and track launch dates across email, app, web, and social
  • QA campaign elements before go-live — links, images, copy, and personalization logic
  • Monitor post-launch performance using Nike's internal dashboards
  • Support influencer and athlete content coordination for campaign amplification
  • Compile post-campaign performance reports for brand team debriefs

Requirements & Skills

  • Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills — ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Monday, or Wrike)
  • Interest in sportswear, sneaker culture, or consumer brand marketing
  • Experience with social platforms from a publishing or coordination perspective
