Optimizely is hiring a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist to manage A/B and multivariate testing programs for Optimizely's own digital properties. You will design experiments on landing pages, trial sign-up flows, and pricing pages — using Optimizely's own platform as your testing tool.
Optimizely's marketing team runs one of the most rigorous CRO programs in B2B SaaS. As the specialist, you will own the experimentation roadmap for key conversion surfaces — homepage, trial pages, and feature comparison tables. You will work with designers, developers, and demand gen marketers to hypothesize, build, and analyze 4–8 tests per month.
Ideal for a marketer who is genuinely excited by the scientific side of marketing — designing clean experiments, protecting test validity, and resisting the urge to call a winner before reaching significance. CRO agency or SaaS in-house experience is a strong plus.

Its own marketing team is a living showcase for the value of structured experimentation, running hundreds of tests per year on Optimizely's own web properties.
