Role Context

You will own a category or brand vertical, managing bid strategy, promotional calendar integration, and creative testing. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Google Shopping, Performance Max, and paid social campaigns for a category or brand
  • Optimize product feed quality and bidding strategy in collaboration with the feed team
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns tied to Wayfair's seasonal sale events
  • Monitor daily ROAS, CPC, and revenue metrics — flag and investigate anomalies quickly
  • Run ad creative and landing page tests to improve conversion rates
  • Collaborate with merchandising and pricing teams on promotional offer strategy

Requirements & Skills

  • Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 2–4 years in e-commerce or retail digital marketing — Google Shopping experience essential
  • Strong understanding of product feed optimization (titles, attributes, GTIN)
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Pinterest Ads
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for campaign reporting
  • Familiarity with e-commerce KPIs: ROAS, CPA, AOV, LTV, cart abandonment
