Wayfair is hiring an E-commerce Digital Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition and retention across its home goods marketplace. You will manage performance campaigns for Wayfair's house of brands (Wayfair, Joss & Main, AllModern, Birch Lane, Perigold), with a focus on Google Shopping, paid social, and email promotions.

You will own a category or brand vertical, managing bid strategy, promotional calendar integration, and creative testing. The pace is fast — major sale events like Way Day and Black Friday require months of planning and real-time optimization during the event.
