Role Context

You will manage a roster of nano-to-macro TikTok creators across active brand campaigns, coordinating briefs, content reviews, and performance reporting. The role sits within the Creator Partnerships team and interfaces daily with creator managers, brand sales teams, and external creator agencies. You will also support TikTok Creator Marketplace integrations for brand clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and vet TikTok creators based on brand campaign briefs and audience criteria
  • Draft and send creator agreements, briefs, and content guidelines
  • Coordinate posting schedules and ensure timely content submission and review
  • Monitor live campaigns for engagement, views, and brand safety compliance
  • Pull post-campaign performance data from TikTok Analytics and compile reports
  • Maintain creator database with contact info, rates, niche, and past performance data

Requirements & Skills

  • Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related field
  • Active TikTok user with strong understanding of content trends and creator culture
  • Prior internship or freelance experience in influencer marketing or social media
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills — managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Strong written communication for creator outreach and brand briefs
  • Familiarity with influencer platforms (Creator Marketplace, AspireIQ, Grin, or similar)
