Airbnb is hiring a Growth Marketing Analyst to support the guest and host acquisition teams with data analysis, experiment design, and channel performance measurement. This is a remote-friendly role embedded within the Growth team that operates with high autonomy and direct access to Airbnb's global data platform.
Airbnb's growth team is small and analytical, with each analyst owning a channel or growth lever. You will partner closely with marketing managers, data scientists, and product managers to design growth experiments, measure their impact, and recommend next steps. Airbnb uses internal tools built on top of Spark and Presto, and you will have full SQL access to campaign and user datasets.
