DoorDash is hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid acquisition across Google, Meta, TikTok, and connected TV for the consumer and Dasher sides of the marketplace. You will manage substantial media budgets, optimize campaigns for CPA targets, and work closely with the data science team on incrementality measurement.
You will manage seven-figure quarterly media budgets across platforms with a strong focus on CAC efficiency, LTV modeling, and creative performance testing. DoorDash operates in a highly competitive consumer marketplace, so performance marketing decisions here are high-velocity and data-backed. You will partner with creative, analytics, and product marketing teams.
This role is best for a mid-level performance marketer who manages large budgets confidently, communicates creative feedback clearly, and approaches channel decisions with a strong analytical framework. Consumer marketplace or app marketing experience is a major plus.
