About This Role

DoorDash is hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid acquisition across Google, Meta, TikTok, and connected TV for the consumer and Dasher sides of the marketplace. You will manage substantial media budgets, optimize campaigns for CPA targets, and work closely with the data science team on incrementality measurement.

Role Context

You will manage seven-figure quarterly media budgets across platforms with a strong focus on CAC efficiency, LTV modeling, and creative performance testing. DoorDash operates in a highly competitive consumer marketplace, so performance marketing decisions here are high-velocity and data-backed. You will partner with creative, analytics, and product marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end paid acquisition campaigns across Search, Social, Programmatic, and CTV
  • Set and hit CPA and ROAS targets in collaboration with finance and growth leadership
  • Run structured creative testing programs — video, static, UGC — measuring incremental impact
  • Build daily and weekly performance reporting with clear business recommendations
  • Lead media mix modeling and incrementality testing projects with data science support
  • Brief and review creative assets with the studio team for paid social and video

Requirements & Skills

  • Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a quantitative field
  • 2–4 years of paid media experience managing substantial budgets ($500K+/quarter)
  • Deep platform fluency across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads
  • Solid grasp of CAC, LTV, ROAS, and incrementality measurement concepts
  • SQL proficiency for pulling campaign data from internal data warehouses
  • Excellent communication — ability to present performance to VP and C-level stakeholders
