Digital Marketing Analyst

Adobe

Full-time Hybrid United States

Job Description

About This Role

Adobe is hiring a Digital Marketing Analyst to support performance measurement across paid media, email, web, and organic channels. You will build dashboards in Adobe Analytics, run attribution analysis, and help the marketing operations team translate data into strategy.

Job Overview

  • Job Title: Digital Marketing Analyst
  • Company: Adobe
  • Location: San Jose, CA / Seattle, WA / New York, NY / Austin, TX / Lehi, UT
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Experience Level: Entry to Mid-level (0–3 years)
  • Salary Range: $26–$38/hr
  • Posted Date: 2026-06-04
  • Application Deadline: 2026-07-04

Role Context

You will sit within Adobe's Digital Experience marketing team and support campaign managers, SEO specialists, and paid media buyers with measurement infrastructure and reporting. Adobe uses its own suite — Adobe Analytics, Marketo Engage, and Target — as its marketing stack, giving you hands-on experience with enterprise-grade tools used by Fortune 100 companies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain Adobe Analytics dashboards and Workspace projects
  • Create UTM parameter frameworks and validate tracking across campaigns
  • Analyze multi-touch attribution data to guide budget allocation decisions
  • Pull and interpret paid media performance data from Google Ads and Meta Ads APIs
  • Build weekly and quarterly performance reports for senior marketing leadership
  • Support A/B test design and statistical analysis using Adobe Target

Requirements & Skills

  • Bachelor's in Marketing Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Business
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics 4, or similar web analytics platforms
  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction from marketing data warehouses
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills — pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data modeling
  • Familiarity with paid media reporting from Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
  • Clear data visualization skills — ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders

Benefits & Work Conditions

  • $26–$38/hr with Adobe stock (ESPP and RSUs) and annual bonus
  • Hybrid schedule with flexible remote days
  • Free access to Adobe Creative Cloud and Experience Cloud tools
  • Generous health and wellness benefits including EAP
  • Annual education reimbursement up to $10,000

Who Should Apply

This role fits a data-curious marketer who is equally comfortable in a spreadsheet and in a campaign dashboard. You enjoy building clean, reproducible reports and explaining what the numbers mean to people who run campaigns rather than analyze them.

About the Company

Adobe is the creator of Photoshop, Acrobat, and the Adobe Experience Cloud — one of the world's leading marketing technology platforms. Its San Jose headquarters employs over 25,000 people, and its internal marketing team is a living pilot for Adobe's own enterprise software.

How to Apply

Apply through Adobe Careers. Search "Digital Marketing Analyst." The interview process typically includes a take-home data analysis task using a sample dataset and two rounds of interviews with marketing ops and analytics leadership.
