Mailchimp is looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to own lifecycle email programs for small business customers. You will design, write, and automate email journeys that drive product activation, feature adoption, and retention — using Mailchimp's own platform as your primary tool.
Your emails reach millions of small business owners who rely on Mailchimp for their own customer communication. You will report to the Lifecycle Marketing Manager and work with data analysts to segment audiences, personalize messages, and test send cadence. Every campaign is a chance to demonstrate what best-in-class email marketing looks like.
This role suits a marketer who has managed email campaigns end-to-end — from list segmentation to post-send analysis. You care about inbox placement, obsess over subject line performance, and find it satisfying to improve open rates through methodical testing.
