Role Context

You will own day-to-day publishing, community management, and performance analysis for Sprout's brand accounts. The role sits within the Brand Marketing team and intersects with product marketing launches, thought leadership campaigns, and customer story amplification. Your audience includes CMOs, social media managers, and digital marketers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a monthly content calendar across 4–5 social platforms
  • Write and design (or brief designers on) original posts, carousels, and short-form video scripts
  • Monitor comments, mentions, and DMs — respond in brand voice within 2 hours during business hours
  • Analyze weekly metrics using Sprout Social dashboards and present findings to brand team
  • Coordinate with PR and content teams for product launch and campaign amplification
  • Identify emerging platform trends and propose experimental content formats

Requirements & Skills

  • Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or similar
  • 1–3 years managing brand social accounts professionally
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone across platforms
  • Experience using Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or similar scheduling/analytics tools
  • Comfort with Canva or Adobe Express for content creation
  • Proven ability to grow engagement metrics, not just follower counts
