Role Context

You will join the Demand Generation team, collaborating with content writers, designers, and SDRs. Your primary goal is pipeline contribution — turning website visitors and email subscribers into demo requests. HubSpot runs large-scale A/B testing across landing pages and email sequences, and you will help design, launch, and analyze those experiments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute inbound campaigns across email, SEO, paid search, and social channels
  • Build and manage HubSpot workflows, landing pages, and email sequences
  • Monitor campaign performance in Google Analytics and HubSpot dashboards
  • Run A/B tests on subject lines, CTAs, and landing page copy
  • Collaborate with the content team on blog and resource optimization for organic search
  • Report weekly on MQL volume, conversion rates, and channel attribution

Requirements & Skills

  • Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Marketo, or similar marketing automation platforms
  • Understanding of SEO fundamentals and keyword research tools (Ahrefs, Semrush)
  • Basic knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign setup
  • Strong analytical mindset — comfortable pulling data and presenting insights
  • Excellent written communication and attention to detail
