HubSpot is hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to help grow its inbound marketing programs. You will manage multi-channel campaigns across SEO, email, paid search, and social media, using HubSpot's own platform to drive qualified pipeline for the sales team.
You will join the Demand Generation team, collaborating with content writers, designers, and SDRs. Your primary goal is pipeline contribution — turning website visitors and email subscribers into demo requests. HubSpot runs large-scale A/B testing across landing pages and email sequences, and you will help design, launch, and analyze those experiments.
This role is ideal for a marketing graduate or early-career professional who understands digital funnels and wants to build hands-on campaign execution skills at a marketing software company. You should be curious, data-driven, and comfortable iterating quickly based on results.
