Role Context

Meta's marketing analytics team bridges the gap between marketing execution and data-driven decision-making. You will own the measurement framework for a marketing function — brand, performance, or product marketing — and develop the models and dashboards that quantify campaign ROI and audience reach. Meta's scale means you will work with datasets measuring hundreds of millions of impressions per week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain marketing attribution and measurement frameworks
  • Analyze campaign performance across channels including paid social, video, and owned media
  • Develop media mix models and incrementality tests to optimize marketing spend allocation
  • Build dashboards and automated reports for marketing leadership
  • Collaborate with brand and performance marketing teams to translate analysis into strategy
  • Stay current on ad measurement methodologies and privacy-safe analytics approaches

Requirements & Skills

  • 3+ years in marketing analytics, growth analytics, or digital media measurement
  • Strong SQL skills and proficiency in Python or R for statistical modeling
  • Experience with marketing attribution (multi-touch, last-click, MTA) and media mix modeling
  • Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, programmatic)
  • Comfort presenting analytical findings to marketing leadership and external agency partners
  • Experience with A/B testing and incrementality study design is a strong plus
