Fresher Hub is looking for a Social Media Assistant who can manage our Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook presence on a part time work from home basis. If you spend time on social media anyway and have an eye for what kind of posts get engagement, this is a way to turn that interest into income. You will be creating posts, scheduling content, and tracking basic performance — no photography degree or design certification required. We use Canva and free tools throughout.
You will work under a senior marketing coordinator who oversees strategy. Your job is execution — turning content ideas into scheduled posts. We have a content calendar that outlines topics two weeks ahead, so you always know what is coming. Most days require about 2–3 hours of work: creating 1–2 graphics in Canva, writing captions, and replying to DMs or comments. Some weeks may have higher volume during campaigns or hiring drives.
Young graduates who follow social media trends closely, students studying marketing or communications, and anyone who has run a personal or small business account on Instagram will find this role a natural fit. You should enjoy the process of crafting a caption as much as choosing the right image — both matter here.
