Role Context

Miami's geography creates distinct delivery zones. Miami Beach and Brickell cater to tourism and young professionals with high average order values and strong tipping patterns. Hialeah and Doral produce consistent family dinner orders with high volume. Wynwood and the Design District peak on weekends with a mix of dining and nightlife-adjacent delivery. Miami's humidity and afternoon storm season from June through October are factors — Dashers who plan their hours around afternoon thunderstorms avoid unnecessary delays and vehicle issues.

Key Responsibilities

Accept and complete delivery orders across your preferred Miami zone
Communicate with Spanish-speaking customers naturally when delivery instructions require clarification
Navigate Miami's coastal geography including causeways, beach access routes, and high-rise building lobbies
Handle orders from Cuban, Venezuelan, Colombian, and other Latin American restaurant partners common in Miami
Adjust your schedule to avoid afternoon storm windows during the rainy season
Maintain delivery ratings through consistent on-time performance and polite customer communication

Requirements & Skills

Valid Florida driving licence and vehicle with current insurance and working air conditioning
Bilingual in Spanish and English — strongly preferred for Miami zone assignments
18 or older with background check clearance
Familiarity with Miami's neighborhoods including causeway routes and beach area access
Comfortable driving in heavy tourist traffic, especially on Miami Beach on weekends

$2,800 – $4,000 per month for full-time Dashers in active Miami zones
