Order Fulfillment Specialist – Canada
FulfillPlus Canada is looking for an experienced Order Fulfillment Specialist to manage end-to-end order processing and ensure on-time delivery for our e-commerce clients.
What You Will Own
- Manage order queue in OMS and prioritize based on SLA requirements
- Coordinate with pick, pack, and shipping teams to resolve bottlenecks
- Proactively communicate order delays to customer service team
- Reconcile daily order fulfillment reports against carrier confirmations
- Identify recurring fulfillment issues and propose system improvements
Qualifications
- 2+ years of fulfillment, order management, or supply chain experience
- Experience with OMS platforms (ShipStation, Shopify, NetSuite)
- Excellent problem-solving under time pressure
- Strong written communication for cross-team coordination
Compensation
- CAD $22–$28/hour
