Warehouse Area Manager – Canada
WarehouseOne Canada is looking for an experienced Warehouse Area Manager to oversee operations in a specific zone of our large-scale fulfillment center.
Management Responsibilities
- Manage a team of 30–60 associates and 3–5 shift leads
- Drive area KPIs: productivity, accuracy, safety, and attendance
- Conduct performance reviews and develop talent within your area
- Implement process improvements using Lean and Kaizen methods
- Report area performance to the General Manager weekly
Requirements
- 3–5 years of warehouse management experience
- Proven track record of hitting operational targets
- Strong people management and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with WMS and data-driven decision making
Compensation
- CAD $6,000–$9,000/month
- Annual performance bonus up to 15%
