IT Support Technician – Warehouse Operations Canada
WarehouseOne Canada is hiring an IT Support Technician to maintain and support the technology infrastructure at our fulfillment facilities across Canada.
Responsibilities
- Provide first and second-level technical support to warehouse staff
- Maintain and troubleshoot RF scanners, label printers, and conveyor control systems
- Support WMS, ERP, and TMS software deployments and updates
- Set up and manage user accounts, devices, and network access
- Document IT issues, resolutions, and asset inventory
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in IT, computer science, or related field
- 1–3 years of IT support experience
- Familiarity with Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking basics
- Warehouse or industrial IT experience is a strong asset
Compensation
- CAD $25–$35/hour
- On-call rotation allowance
