About This Role

Fresher Hub is recruiting Medicine Delivery Executives for a pharmacy chain running home delivery operations across Hyderabad. The role involves picking up prescription and OTC medicine orders from designated pharmacy outlets and delivering them to customer addresses within assigned zones. Unlike food delivery, medicine delivery requires careful handling, prescription verification at the door, and signature collection — it carries a level of responsibility that reflects directly on the pharmacy brand.

Role Context

You will be assigned to one of three zones — Banjara Hills and Jubilee Hills, Kukatpally and KPHB, or Secunderabad and Trimulgherry — based on your residential location. Each zone operates 10 to 15 delivery executives per shift, managed by a Dispatch Coordinator at the base pharmacy. Orders are assigned through a mobile app. Average daily deliveries range from 20 to 35 depending on the zone and time of day. Cold chain orders (insulin, certain eye drops, and oncology medications) are packed separately and have a 2-hour delivery window.

Key Responsibilities

Pick up packed medicine orders from the pharmacy outlet at the start of each delivery batch
Verify the order label and patient name on the package before leaving the outlet
Deliver medicines to the customer address within the promised time window
Collect the customer signature or OTP confirmation on delivery for prescription orders
Handle cold chain packages within the specified delivery window — do not store in direct sunlight
Collect cash for COD orders and submit the full collection to the outlet manager at the end of the shift
Return undelivered orders to the outlet with the reason recorded in the app

Requirements & Skills

Own a two-wheeler — bike or scooter — with a valid driving licence
Good knowledge of Hyderabad roads, especially in the assigned zone
Smartphone with active data for app-based order tracking and delivery confirmation
Honest and accurate in cash collection and handover
Careful and responsible with medication packages — mishandling is not acceptable
Minimum 10th pass; any background welcome including prior delivery experience

₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month based on zone and delivery volume
Fuel allowance included in the per-delivery payout

ESI enrollment from first month; PF for candidates opting for longer tenure
