About the Role
Hilton is seeking a guest-focused Front Office Manager to lead all front desk, concierge, and bell services operations at a full-service hotel. You will set the tone for every guest interaction and drive team performance to achieve top-tier satisfaction scores.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and schedule front desk agents, concierge, and bell staff
- Manage daily room inventory, check-in/check-out flow, and VIP arrivals
- Handle escalated guest concerns and resolve them promptly
- Monitor front office KPIs including upsell revenue and NPS scores
- Train new hires on Hilton Honors loyalty program procedures
Requirements
- 3+ years of front office experience in an upscale hotel environment
- Proficiency with Opera PMS or similar property management system
- Warm, professional communication style and strong conflict resolution skills
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
