About the Role
McDonald's is hiring a Restaurant General Manager to lead a high-volume location serving 500–1,000+ customers daily. You will take full ownership of operations, team performance, food safety, and customer satisfaction at your restaurant.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all restaurant operations across all day parts and shifts
- Hire, train, schedule, and develop a team of 30–60 crew and managers
- Ensure food safety and quality standards are consistently met
- Drive sales through local marketing, upselling, and speed of service
- Control food, labor, and supply costs to meet P&L targets
Requirements
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience (QSR or fast casual preferred)
- ServSafe Manager Certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days
- Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
- Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
