About the Role

Marriott International is seeking a seasoned Hotel General Manager to oversee operations of a full-service property. You will lead a 150+ person team, manage profitability, and uphold Marriott's brand standards across all guest touch points.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all hotel departments: front desk, F&B, housekeeping, and sales
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic pricing, upselling, and OTA management
  • Maintain quality assurance standards and respond to guest feedback
  • Manage hotel P&L, budgets, and capital expenditure planning
  • Recruit, mentor, and retain high-performing department heads

Requirements

  • 8+ years of hotel management experience, including 3+ as GM or AGM
  • Experience with full-service or upscale hotel brands preferred
  • Strong financial acumen and revenue management knowledge
  • Bachelor's in Hospitality Management or equivalent
