About the Role

Nike is seeking a Brand Marketing Manager to develop and execute integrated campaigns that resonate with athletes and sport culture globally. You will drive brand storytelling across digital and physical channels for a key product line.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop seasonal brand campaign strategies and creative briefs
  • Lead cross-functional teams including creative, media, and retail marketing
  • Manage campaign budgets and ensure on-time, on-brief delivery
  • Analyze campaign performance and translate insights into optimizations
  • Build partnerships with athletes, influencers, and cultural voices

Requirements

  • 5+ years of brand or integrated marketing experience
  • Strong understanding of digital, social, and experiential marketing channels
  • Passion for sport, culture, and consumer storytelling
  • Experience managing agency relationships and creative processes
