Key Responsibilities
- Develop seasonal brand campaign strategies and creative briefs
- Lead cross-functional teams including creative, media, and retail marketing
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure on-time, on-brief delivery
- Analyze campaign performance and translate insights into optimizations
- Build partnerships with athletes, influencers, and cultural voices
Requirements
- 5+ years of brand or integrated marketing experience
- Strong understanding of digital, social, and experiential marketing channels
- Passion for sport, culture, and consumer storytelling
- Experience managing agency relationships and creative processes
