About the Role

Microsoft is hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy and execution for cloud-based enterprise software. You will define the product vision, work closely with engineering teams, and deliver solutions that serve millions of business users.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs
• Gather and prioritize requirements from stakeholders and user research
• Partner with engineering, design, and marketing to ship high-quality features
• Track KPIs and iterate based on data-driven insights
• Present product strategy to senior leadership

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS or enterprise software
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decisions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
