About This Role
EduFirst India is looking for a dynamic Training Executive to design, deliver, and manage training programmes for corporate clients and institutional partners in Bangalore. You will be responsible for conducting skill-development workshops, onboarding training, and professional certification programmes that help employees and learners upskill and advance in their careers.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver instructor-led and online training programmes for corporate and institutional clients
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and recommend appropriate learning solutions
- Develop training materials including presentations, workbooks, e-learning modules, and facilitator guides
- Coordinate training schedules, venue logistics, and technology setup for in-person and virtual sessions
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes through pre- and post-training assessments and participant feedback
- Maintain training records, certifications, and completion reports for all participants
- Liaise with client HR teams and learning managers to align training content with organisational goals
- Stay current with industry trends, training methodologies, and new technologies in corporate learning
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Business, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in training delivery, L&D, or corporate education
- Confident public speaking and group facilitation skills
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, LMS platforms, and virtual training tools (Zoom, Teams, etc.)
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple training programmes simultaneously
- Experience in content development and instructional design is an added advantage
