About This Role
LearnBridge India is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic School Teacher to join our CBSE-affiliated school in Delhi. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality classroom instruction, nurturing student development, and contributing to a vibrant learning community. Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons for assigned classes and subjects
- Use a variety of teaching techniques including activity-based learning, discussions, and digital tools to cater to diverse learning needs
- Assess student progress through tests, projects, and ongoing classroom observation
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and academic performance
- Communicate regularly with parents about student progress, behaviour, and areas for improvement
- Participate actively in school events, staff meetings, and professional development activities
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment where every student feels valued
- Contribute to the development and review of school curriculum and assessment materials
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed.) along with a subject specialisation degree
- Strong subject knowledge in the primary teaching area (Science, Maths, English, Social Studies, etc.)
- Good classroom management and student engagement skills
- Fluency in English and Hindi for effective communication with students and parents
- Empathy, patience, and genuine passion for working with young learners
- Prior classroom teaching experience is preferred; freshers with B.Ed. will be considered
