About This Role
LearnBridge India is looking for energetic and knowledgeable Online Tutors to deliver live and recorded tutoring sessions to K–12 and competitive exam students from Hyderabad. If you are passionate about education, comfortable with technology, and skilled at explaining concepts clearly, we want you to join our growing online education team.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver live one-on-one and group tutoring sessions via video conferencing platforms to students of varying age groups
- Plan and prepare engaging lesson plans, practice problems, and revision materials aligned to student goals
- Assess student strengths, weaknesses, and learning styles to personalise tutoring sessions effectively
- Track and report student progress to parents and academic supervisors on a regular basis
- Develop and upload pre-recorded video lessons and study notes to the LearnBridge learning management system
- Address student doubts promptly via chat, email, or scheduled doubt-clearing sessions
- Participate in tutor training sessions, quality reviews, and periodic curriculum update meetings
- Maintain a professional, encouraging, and structured online classroom environment
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in the subject of expertise (Mathematics, Science, English, Social Studies, etc.)
- Strong command over the subject matter and ability to explain it at multiple difficulty levels
- Comfortable with video conferencing tools, digital whiteboards, and LMS platforms
- Patient, empathetic communication style suited to working with young learners
- B.Ed. or teaching certification is a plus but not mandatory
- Prior online or offline tutoring experience is highly preferred
