About This Role
LearnBridge India is hiring a skilled Content Developer to create high-quality educational content for K–12 and higher education platforms in Pune. You will work closely with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and editors to produce engaging written, visual, and multimedia learning materials that meet curriculum standards and student needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Research, write, and edit educational content including textbooks, workbooks, study guides, and e-learning modules
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and curriculum designers to ensure content accuracy and alignment with syllabus requirements
- Develop assessment materials including MCQs, short-answer questions, case studies, and projects
- Create scripts and storyboards for educational videos and animated explainer content
- Review and proofread content for grammar, language quality, and pedagogical effectiveness
- Update and revise existing content in line with curriculum changes and feedback from academic reviewers
- Adhere to content style guides, formatting standards, and production timelines
- Coordinate with designers, editors, and multimedia teams to deliver polished final content
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, English, Mass Communication, or a relevant subject area
- Excellent written English with strong editing and proofreading abilities
- Familiarity with content management systems, LMS platforms, or e-learning authoring tools
- Understanding of curriculum frameworks such as CBSE, ICSE, or state boards
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for different age groups and learning levels
- Experience in content writing, academic publishing, or educational technology is preferred
