About This Role

BrandFlow India is hiring an SEO Specialist for its Delhi team. The company manages organic search strategy for clients in e-commerce, healthcare, finance, and education sectors. This role covers the full spectrum of SEO execution — technical audits, on-page optimization, link building coordination, and content gap analysis. Role Context

You will report to the SEO Lead and manage SEO deliverables for four to six client websites. Work is planned on a monthly cycle, with weekly tracking and mid-month performance check-ins. You will work alongside content writers who produce blog and landing page content based on your keyword research and briefs. Technical implementation is coordinated with client web teams or internal developers — you will identify the issues, write the specifications, and track implementation status to closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct technical SEO audits covering crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, and structured data
• Perform keyword research and map keywords to existing and planned content across client sites
• Write detailed on-page optimization briefs for content writers covering titles, headings, and meta descriptions
• Analyze organic traffic trends in Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 and report findings
• Coordinate outreach-based link building campaigns and manage the prospecting and follow-up workflow
• Identify content gap opportunities and brief writers on new topic clusters for each client
• Monitor Google algorithm updates and communicate potential ranking impacts to account managers
• Track keyword rankings weekly using SEMrush or Ahrefs and update performance dashboards accordingly

Requirements & Skills

• 1–3 years of SEO experience with demonstrable organic traffic or ranking improvements for real clients
• Proficiency with Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 for performance analysis
• Hands-on experience with SEMrush or Ahrefs for keyword research, competitor analysis, and rank tracking
• Understanding of technical SEO concepts including crawl budget, canonical tags, schema markup, and Core Web Vitals
• Ability to write clear, detailed on-page optimization briefs that content writers can execute independently
• Working knowledge of HTML at the level needed to review and specify meta tags and heading structure
• Organized approach to tracking implementation of SEO recommendations across multiple client sites
