About This Role

FastShip Logistics USA is hiring Warehouse Workers and Package Handlers at its distribution facilities across the United States. These are immediate openings with same-week start dates available at most locations. The role is physically active — you will sort, scan, and load packages on fast-moving conveyor belts. No experience is required and no interview is needed at most sites — apply online, pass a background check, and start working. Full-time and part-time positions available.

Role Context

FastShip operates third-party logistics (3PL) facilities for e-commerce brands and regional retailers. Our warehouses run two or three shifts covering 18–20 hours of daily operation. Package Handlers are the backbone of each shift — working as a team to process thousands of parcels per hour through the sortation system. The work is repetitive and physical but clearly structured: you scan each package, read the destination code on the display screen, and place it in the correct bin or belt. Supervisors are on the floor throughout every shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Scan incoming packages using a handheld or fixed barcode scanner
• Sort packages by destination zone, carrier, or conveyor belt lane
• Load sorted packages into designated bins, cages, or delivery vehicles
• Maintain productivity targets: 200–400 packages per hour depending on station
• Report damaged packages, scanner errors, or equipment issues to the floor supervisor
• Keep work area clear of tape, cardboard, and loose packaging materials

Requirements

• 18 years or older
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Able to stand for 4–8 hours per shift and lift packages up to 70 lbs
• Reliable — must maintain consistent attendance for assigned shifts
• No prior experience required — same-week start available
• Must pass a background check

Pay and Benefits

• Starting pay: $15 – $20/hr (approx $2,400 – $3,200/month for full-time)
• Part-time: $15 – $18/hr for 4–5 hour morning or evening shifts
• Overtime available at 1.5x rate — peak season earnings significantly higher
