Available FedEx Roles
- Package Handler (Warehouse): Load and unload packages on conveyor belts and trucks at a FedEx sortation hub. Part-time and full-time available. Pay: $16.50 – $19/hr. Must be 18+, able to lift 75 lbs.
- Delivery Driver (FedEx Ground): Deliver packages to residential and business addresses on an assigned route. Pay: $18 – $24/hr. Valid driver's license required, clean MVR, able to lift 70 lbs.
- Cargo Handler (FedEx Express): Handle air freight packages at FedEx Express ramp facilities. Pay: $17 – $21/hr. Physical handling of oversized cargo. Airport ramp environment.
- Dock to Driver (Career Path): Start as a Package Handler and train into a Delivery Driver role — FedEx's in-house path to a driving career. Pay progression from $16.50 to $22/hr.
Requirements
- 18 years or older
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Able to lift, carry, and maneuver packages up to 75 lbs
- Able to stand, walk, and bend for 4–8 hours per shift
- Valid US driver's license for driver roles — clean MVR (no DUI, reckless driving in past 3 years)
- Pass a background check and drug screen
