The PR-adjacent video environment means content is designed for credibility and shareability rather than paid advertising conversion — requiring a different editorial sensibility that freshers rarely develop in advertising agency contexts. Key Responsibilities

• Edit influencer collaboration video content — brand integration edits, UGC compilation reels, and influencer campaign recap videos
• Produce social media brand video for Weber Shandwick's corporate clients — LinkedIn thought leadership clips, Instagram brand content, and Twitter/X video campaigns
• Edit corporate event and press launch coverage — product launch event reels, conference highlight videos, and media briefing content
• Create executive communications video — interview edits, CEO messaging videos, and corporate announcement content
• Build motion graphic overlays — branded lower thirds, key message supers, and corporate visual packages for communications content
• Edit internal communications video for client employee engagement campaigns

Requirements & Skills

• Degree or diploma in Mass Communication, Film Production, or Media Studies — 2024/2025 batch
• Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects proficiency
• Credibility-first editing sensibility — WS content is for earned and owned media, not paid advertising
• Influencer content editing experience or awareness — understanding of influencer collaboration video formats
• Good corporate communications visual sensibility — professional, trustworthy, and on-message
• Portfolio demonstrating editorial, corporate communications, or social media video editing
