You will produce video content for Edelman's India PR campaigns — corporate announcements, crisis communication content, CSR narrative films, brand purpose documentaries, and executive thought leadership video for Edelman's multinational and Indian corporate clients.

This PR-first video approach requires a different editorial sensibility than advertising — longer-form storytelling, more documentary-style pacing, and content designed for credibility rather than immediate conversion. Key Responsibilities

• Edit brand purpose and CSR documentary films for Edelman's corporate clients — longer-form narrative content (3–10 minutes) for owned and earned media
• Produce corporate event coverage videos — leadership summit highlights, product launch event reels, and annual general meeting content
• Edit executive thought leadership interview series — CEO and C-suite interview formats for LinkedIn and corporate website distribution
• Create social media video adaptations from longer-form corporate content — 60s and 90s cuts for LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and Instagram
• Build motion graphic packages for corporate communications — branded lower thirds, executive name supers, and corporate event visual packages
• Edit media kit video content — press launch videos, journalist briefing films, and product demonstration content for media distribution

Requirements & Skills

• Degree or diploma in Film Editing, Journalism, Mass Communication, or Media Production — 2024/2025 batch
• Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects proficiency
• Documentary-style editing sensibility — pacing for longer-form narrative content
• Interview editing skills — knowing how to structure and trim executive interview content for clarity and impact
• Professional, credibility-first visual sensibility appropriate for corporate communications
• Portfolio demonstrating documentary, corporate, or interview-format video editing
