Freelance Video Content Creators work within Meta's India content studio — editing social-first video formats including Reels, Stories, and in-feed videos — with a deep understanding of what captures attention in the first 3 seconds and sustains engagement through the watch. Key Responsibilities

• Edit short-form social videos for Instagram Reels, Facebook, and Threads — 15s, 30s, and 60s formats optimized for mobile-first consumption
• Create motion graphics, text animations, and visual effects using Adobe After Effects or CapCut Pro for social platforms
• Develop video content narratives that align with Meta's campaign briefs — creator stories, platform features, and business case demonstrations
• Colour grade and optimize video for mobile screen viewing — brightness, contrast, and saturation tuned for small-screen impact
• Produce multi-language video variants with integrated subtitles for Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Bengali audiences
• Manage asset versioning and file delivery through Meta's content management system

Requirements & Skills

• Degree or diploma in Media Production, Communication Design, or Film — 2024/2025 batch
• Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects proficiency; CapCut Pro or DaVinci Resolve is a bonus
• Instinctive understanding of Instagram Reels and Facebook video consumption behaviour
• Strong visual storytelling ability for short-form formats — hooking attention in the first 3 seconds
• Ability to produce content in multiple Indian languages or work effectively with translation teams
• Portfolio demonstrating social-first video editing with platform-native sensibility
