Amazon is hiring across the United States in 2026 for two of its largest job categories: Warehouse Associates at fulfillment and delivery centers, and Remote Customer Service Associates for its Virtual Customer Service (VCS) program. Warehouse Associate — Fulfillment Center
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders in a climate-controlled fulfillment center

- Full-time day, evening, and overnight shifts available
- Must be 18+, authorized to work in the US, and able to lift up to 49 lbs

Remote Customer Service Associate — Virtual (WFH)
- Handle customer contacts via chat and phone for Amazon US customers from home

- Amazon ships required equipment (laptop, headset) to your home
- Must have wired internet (25 Mbps+) and a quiet home workspace
