Junior Architect – Entry Level – Gresham Smith

We are hiring Entry-Level Junior Architects at Gresham Smith's Nashville headquarters.
Responsibilities
- Develop architectural design for Gresham Smith's aviation, healthcare, and industrial projects — from programming and schematic design through construction administration
- Produce Revit architectural models and construction documentation following Gresham Smith's BIM standards for large-scale aviation and healthcare facilities
- Apply FAA, TSA, and airline operations design standards to Gresham Smith's airport terminal projects
- Coordinate with Gresham Smith's in-house civil, structural, and MEP engineering teams on integrated AE delivery
- Support healthcare facility design applying FGI Guidelines, HIPAA privacy standards, and infection prevention design principles
- Develop wayfinding and passenger experience design concepts for Gresham Smith's aviation terminal projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's of Architecture from an NAAB-accredited program
- Revit and AutoCAD proficiency
- Interest in aviation, healthcare, or industrial architecture
- US citizenship or eligibility to work in the US; ability to obtain airside security clearance for airport projects
- Strong technical documentation skills for large-scale AE project delivery
