Job Overview

Role Context

Callison RTKL India's studios work across retail mall design, mixed-use masterplanning, hotel architecture, and corporate office buildings for leading Indian developers and international brands. Junior Architects join design-intensive project teams working on commercial buildings where visual quality, experiential design, and urban placemaking are the primary architectural briefs. CRTKL India collaborates extensively with global studios in the US, UK, and Middle East — offering freshers regular exposure to international design standards, global client presentations, and cross-border project delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop commercial architectural designs from concept through schematic design and design development in Revit, AutoCAD, and Rhino
• Prepare architectural drawings — site plans, floor plans, sections, elevations, façade drawings, and construction details
• Create high-quality 3D models, renderings, and presentation materials for client design reviews and international design presentations
• Assist in masterplan design development — site planning, building massing studies, and urban realm design for mixed-use projects
• Research building envelope systems, façade materials, and architectural cladding systems appropriate to commercial project typologies
• Coordinate architectural design with structural, MEP, and specialist consultants within BIM environments
• Assist in statutory approval drawings and design milestone documentation

Requirements & Skills

• B.Arch — 2024/2025 batch
• Revit and AutoCAD proficiency; Rhino is a strong advantage
• High-quality 3D rendering — 3ds Max + V-Ray, Lumion, or Enscape
• Adobe Creative Suite at a high level — Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign for design presentations
• Strong commercial design sensibility — retail, hospitality, and mixed-use architectural environments
• Portfolio demonstrating design quality, graphic communication, and commercial architectural thinking
