Junior Architect – Design Management

About This Role

DLF — India's largest real estate company by market capitalization — is hiring fresh architecture graduates as Junior Architects (Design Management) within its Design Management team. You will contribute to the architectural design management of DLF's portfolio of ultra-luxury residential, Grade A commercial, retail, and hospitality developments across India's prime real estate markets.

Job Overview

Role Context

DLF's Design Management team oversees architectural quality across DLF's extensive and diverse real estate portfolio — from DLF 5 ultra-luxury residential towers to Grade A Cyber City commercial offices, Emporio and Promenade luxury malls, and DLF Hotels. Junior Architects support this team in reviewing external consultant submissions, maintaining architectural quality standards, and coordinating design delivery across active projects in DLF's pan-India development pipeline. The scale and prestige of DLF's portfolio offer freshers exposure to architectural design management across residential, commercial, retail, and hospitality typologies simultaneously — an unusually broad early-career learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing architectural drawings and specifications from external design consultants against DLF's design quality standards
• Prepare architectural design feedback reports, review comments, and design approval documentation
• Coordinate architectural design information between external consultants, project management, and construction teams
• Support façade design coordination — reviewing material selections, façade assembly details, and curtain wall systems
• Assist in master planning coordination — reviewing site plans, landscaping, and public realm design proposals
• Conduct site inspections during construction phases — review architectural quality against design intent
• Maintain DLF's design documentation — drawing registers, material libraries, and design standard guidelines

Requirements & Skills

• B.Arch — 2024/2025 batch
• AutoCAD and Revit proficiency; 3D visualization skills are an advantage
• Strong design sensibility for ultra-luxury residential and premium commercial architectural environments
• Good English communication skills for consultant coordination and internal stakeholder management
• Understanding of premium architectural materials, façade systems, and high-quality construction standards
• Portfolio demonstrating premium residential, commercial, or mixed-use architectural design quality
