Job Overview

Role Context

Godrej Properties' Design team manages architectural design quality for GPL's residential and commercial projects — briefing external design consultants, developing design standards for GPL's brand, and ensuring architectural quality through construction delivery. Design Associates work across residential towers, mixed-use masterplans, commercial office buildings, and retail developments — gaining exposure to the developer-side management of architectural quality across GPL's active project portfolio in India's most competitive real estate markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Support development of architectural briefs, design standards, and concept direction for GPL residential and commercial projects
• Review design submissions from external architecture consultants against GPL's design quality standards and brand expectations
• Prepare design feedback reports, review comments, and design approval documentation for consultants
• Coordinate design development with project management, sales, sustainability, and branding teams within GPL
• Assist in façade design coordination — reviewing external consultant submissions for material quality and detailing standards
• Conduct site inspections during construction phases — review architectural quality against design intent
• Maintain GPL's design documentation — drawing registers, material libraries, and design standards guidelines

Requirements & Skills

• B.Arch — 2024/2025 batch
• AutoCAD and Revit proficiency
• Strong design sensibility for premium residential and commercial architectural environments
• Good English communication skills for consultant coordination and internal stakeholder management
• Understanding of premium residential architecture — materials, façade systems, and quality construction standards
• Portfolio demonstrating premium residential, commercial, or mixed-use architectural design quality
