Role Context

Shapoorji Pallonji's construction business delivers premium residential, commercial, hospitality, and institutional projects across India and internationally — including iconic projects such as Taj Mahal Hotel extensions, Reserve Bank of India headquarters, and premium residential towers. Architecture Trainees join project delivery teams contributing to construction-phase architectural execution — gaining exposure to architectural construction quality, material standards, and craftmanship expectations that are distinctively high within Shapoorji Pallonji's project culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural drawings for construction — site plans, floor plans, sections, elevations, façade details, and roof drawings in AutoCAD
• Review and check contractor architectural shop drawings for compliance with design intent and approved drawings
• Coordinate architectural requirements with civil, structural, and MEP engineering teams during construction execution
• Prepare material specifications, samples, and BOQ documentation for architectural construction packages
• Conduct site inspections — review architectural construction quality, material installation, and finishing standards
• Assist in statutory compliance management — building permit adherence and NBC 2016 compliance
• Support preparation of as-built architectural drawings and project handover documentation

Requirements & Skills

• B.Arch — 2024/2025 batch
• AutoCAD proficiency is required
• Strong understanding of building construction — structural systems, building envelope, finishes, and joinery
• High material quality standards — Shapoorji Pallonji's reputation depends on construction quality excellence
• Site-readiness and comfort in active construction environments
• Knowledge of NBC 2016, fire safety, and local municipal building regulations
