You will work within the firm's Building Consultancy practice on architectural design management for real estate capital programs of global technology, financial services, and infrastructure clients.

Job Overview

Role Context

T&T India works with some of the world's largest companies on their real estate capital programs — overseeing architectural design management and construction delivery for global headquarters, regional offices, and R&D campuses across India. Architecture Project Coordinators support design management activities across these programs — ensuring that architectural design intent is delivered accurately within budget and programme constraints. The role develops expertise at the interface of architecture, cost management, and programme delivery — highly valued skills as design firms and real estate companies increasingly seek professionals who understand both design and commercial delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing architectural design deliverables from external design consultants across real estate capital projects
• Review architectural drawings for completeness, code compliance, and coordination with structural and MEP designs
• Prepare and maintain design programmes, drawing trackers, and design responsibility matrices
• Coordinate design review meetings — prepare agendas, circulate minutes, and track action items
• Support value engineering reviews — evaluating architectural design alternatives against cost and programme impact
• Assist in preparing client design milestone reports and gateway presentation documentation
• Conduct site quality inspections and document non-conformances for resolution

Requirements & Skills

• B.Arch — 2024/2025 batch
• AutoCAD and/or Revit drawing review capability
• Understanding of architectural construction documentation standards and building code requirements
• Interest in project and design management as a career pathway
• Organized and process-driven — comfortable with document control and project status tracking
• Good English communication and report-writing skills for client and senior stakeholder environments
