You will design and coordinate corporate office fit-outs, building renovations, and new construction projects for Colliers' Fortune 500 client base across India's major commercial cities.

Job Overview

Role Context

Colliers India's Project Management team handles architectural design and construction delivery for corporate office fit-outs, base-building refurbishments, and new commercial development projects. Architecture Associates join integrated project teams working alongside project managers, cost consultants, and MEP coordinators — gaining exposure to the full architectural project lifecycle from briefing to handover on high-value commercial projects. The breadth of Colliers India's client base — spanning technology, financial services, retail, and FMCG sectors — provides freshers with varied exposure to different client types and architectural briefs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs for corporate fit-outs and building renovations in Revit and AutoCAD
• Prepare architectural drawings — floor plans, sections, elevations, wall assemblies, and construction details
• Produce test-fit layouts and space planning studies for corporate occupier briefing processes
• Coordinate architectural design with MEP, structural, IT/AV, and specialist consultants
• Assist in statutory approval applications and building code compliance documentation
• Prepare material specifications, BOQ documentation, and procurement packages
• Conduct site visits — review construction quality and manage RFI and shop drawing processes

Requirements & Skills

• B.Arch — 2024/2025 batch
• Revit and AutoCAD proficiency
• 3D visualization — SketchUp, Lumion, or Enscape; Adobe Creative Suite for presentations
• Understanding of NBC 2016 and commercial building regulatory compliance
• Good English communication skills for client-facing project environments
• Portfolio demonstrating commercial or workplace architectural design capability
