CBRE — the world's largest commercial real estate services and investment firm — is hiring fresh architecture graduates as Junior Architects within its Project Services practice in India. You will design and coordinate the delivery of corporate office fit-outs, base-building refurbishments, and mixed-use development projects for CBRE's Fortune 500 client base across India's major commercial markets.

Job Overview

Role Context

CBRE India's Project Services team manages architectural design and project delivery for corporate occupiers fitting out Grade-A office space and for developers and investors refurbishing commercial buildings across India. Junior Architects sit within integrated project teams alongside project managers, cost consultants, and MEP coordinators — developing design from client brief through to construction handover. The scale of CBRE India's project pipeline — spanning technology companies, financial institutions, and professional services firms — provides freshers with rapid exposure to diverse client types and building contexts simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural and interior design schemes for corporate office fit-outs and building refurbishments in Revit and AutoCAD
• Prepare architectural drawings — floor plans, sections, elevations, wall assemblies, and construction details
• Produce test-fit layouts and space planning studies for corporate occupier briefs
• Coordinate architectural design with MEP, structural, IT/AV, and specialist consultants
• Assist in statutory approval applications, building permit documentation, and code compliance reviews
• Prepare BOQ documentation, material schedules, and procurement packages for construction contracts
• Conduct site visits — review construction quality and respond to contractor RFIs and shop drawing submissions

Requirements & Skills

• B.Arch — 2024/2025 batch
• Revit and AutoCAD proficiency
• 3D visualization — SketchUp, Lumion, or Enscape; Adobe Creative Suite for presentations
• Understanding of NBC 2016, fire safety norms, and commercial building code requirements
• Good English communication skills for client-facing project environments
• Portfolio demonstrating commercial, workplace, or mixed-use architectural design ability
