Role Context

Woods Bagot India's studios work across workplace strategy, hospitality design, mixed-use architecture, and higher education facilities — delivering projects for leading Indian developers, technology companies, and educational institutions. Junior Architects are embedded in project teams from concept stage — contributing to the full design process from strategic briefing through construction administration. Woods Bagot's distinctive cross-studio collaboration model means India-based junior architects regularly work alongside design teams in Sydney, London, New York, and Dubai on shared projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs from concept through construction documentation in Revit and AutoCAD
• Prepare architectural drawings — floor plans, sections, elevations, façade details, and wall assembly drawings
• Contribute to workplace strategy studies — space programming, adjacency analysis, and occupancy planning
• Create 3D models, high-quality renderings, and presentation materials for client design reviews
• Coordinate architectural design with structural, MEP, and specialist consulting disciplines
• Assist in preparing statutory approval drawings, planning submissions, and code compliance documentation
• Support construction administration — site visits, RFI responses, and shop drawing reviews

Requirements & Skills

• B.Arch — 2024/2025 batch
• Revit proficiency is required; Rhino is an advantage
• High-quality 3D visualization — Lumion, Enscape, or V-Ray; Adobe Creative Suite for presentations
• Strong design sensibility for workplace, hospitality, and mixed-use architectural environments
• Interest in workplace strategy and how organizational culture shapes architectural briefs
• Portfolio demonstrating design quality, graphic communication, and technical drawing ability
