You will contribute to architectural design and building consultancy for transport, defence, nuclear, commercial, and government building projects within AtkinsRéalis's multi-disciplinary engineering project teams across India and internationally.

Role Context

AtkinsRéalis India (formerly Atkins) is a global engineering and project management firm with a broad project portfolio spanning transport infrastructure, defence facilities, nuclear plants, commercial offices, and government buildings. Graduate Architects join multi-disciplinary project teams working within engineering-led delivery frameworks — gaining technical depth across building design, infrastructure architecture, and specialist facility types. AtkinsRéalis India works on projects for government, defence, and private sector clients, offering freshers exposure to project security clearance environments and technically complex building briefs rarely encountered in commercial design studios.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural drawings in Revit and AutoCAD — plans, sections, elevations, wall assemblies, and construction details
• Coordinate architectural design with structural, MEP, civil, and specialist engineering disciplines via BIM
• Prepare statutory approval drawings, planning submissions, and building code compliance documentation
• Assist in developing design development reports, room data sheets, and technical specifications
• Create 3D visualizations and design presentation materials for client reviews
• Support construction administration — RFI responses, shop drawing reviews, and site quality inspections
• Maintain drawing registers, design trackers, and project documentation records

Requirements & Skills

• B.Arch — 2024/2025 batch
• Revit proficiency is required; AutoCAD is essential
• 3D visualization — SketchUp, Lumion, or Rhino
• Understanding of NBC 2016, fire safety, and building code compliance
• Comfort working within large, structured engineering project delivery organizations
• Portfolio demonstrating architectural design quality across project scales and typologies
