You will support the design and fit-out of Schneider Electric's India offices — environments that embody SE's commitment to sustainability, digital energy management, and human-centred workplace design.

Job Overview

Role Context

Schneider Electric India's Global Real Estate team manages a significant portfolio of offices, R&D centers, manufacturing facilities, and experience centers across India. Interior Design Associates support the design and delivery of office fit-out projects — contributing to SE's global workplace transformation toward hybrid, sustainable, and digitally integrated work environments. SE India's offices are designed to demonstrate SE's own energy management and smart building solutions — giving freshers a uniquely relevant environment where interior design is directly connected to the company's product and mission identity.

Key Responsibilities

• Support interior design planning and development for Schneider Electric India's office and experience center environments
• Prepare design drawings in AutoCAD and Revit — space plans, furniture layouts, interior elevations, and finish schedules
• Assist in developing design briefs for external design consultants aligned to SE's workplace standards
• Review consultant design submissions for compliance with Schneider Electric's global workplace design guidelines
• Coordinate interior design with MEP, smart building technology, and IT/AV consultants
• Support FF&E specification and procurement — furniture, flooring, acoustic solutions, and energy-efficient lighting specification
• Support site delivery and maintain project documentation and design registers

Requirements & Skills

• B.Des (Interior Design) or B.Arch — 2024/2025 batch
• AutoCAD proficiency; Revit experience is preferred
• Interest in sustainable interior design — LEED, WELL, or energy-efficient design principles
• Good English communication skills for cross-functional and global team environments
• Organized and analytically inclined for structured corporate project processes
• Portfolio demonstrating sustainable workplace or commercial interior design capability
