Job Overview

Role Context

Siemens India's Real Estate and Workplace Management team is responsible for the design, delivery, and operational management of Siemens' India offices — encompassing manufacturing facilities, technology centers, sales offices, and innovation hubs across India's major industrial and commercial cities. Entry Level Workplace Interior Designers support the team in planning, designing, and delivering office improvement projects — developing expertise in how technology-company workplace environments are designed to support engineering, R&D, and business functions. Siemens' commitment to digitalization means workplaces are increasingly smart-technology integrated — providing freshers a distinctive learning environment at the intersection of design and technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Support interior design planning and development for Siemens India's office and technology center environments
• Prepare design drawings in AutoCAD and Revit — space plans, furniture layouts, interior elevations, and finish schedules
• Coordinate design inputs from MEP, IT/AV, and smart building technology consultants
• Assist in FF&E specification — furniture, flooring, acoustic panels, and technology-integrated design elements
• Review external design consultant submissions against Siemens' global workplace design standards
• Support site delivery alongside project managers and facility management teams
• Maintain project documentation and contribute to Siemens' India design standards library

Requirements & Skills

• B.Des (Interior Design) or B.Arch — 2024/2025 batch
• AutoCAD proficiency; Revit experience is preferred
• Interest in smart workplaces and technology-integrated interior design environments
• Good English communication skills for multi-disciplinary and multinational project teams
• Organized and analytical for managing structured corporate project delivery processes
• Portfolio demonstrating commercial, workplace, or technology-sector interior design
