About This Role

DLF — India's largest real estate company by market capitalization — is hiring fresh graduates as Junior Interior Designers within its Design Management team. You will contribute to interior design for DLF's portfolio of ultra-luxury residential, premium commercial, retail mall, and hospitality projects across India's prime real estate markets.

Job Overview

Role Context

DLF's Design Management team oversees interior design quality across DLF's diverse real estate portfolio — from DLF 5 ultra-luxury residential towers and The Camellias to Grade A commercial offices, Emporio and Promenade malls, and the DLF Hotels and hospitality assets. Junior Interior Designers support this team in reviewing consultant submissions, maintaining design quality standards, coordinating with project delivery teams, and contributing to the design development of DLF's brand environments. The scale and prestige of DLF's portfolio offer freshers exposure to premium interior design typologies across residential, commercial, retail, and hospitality categories simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing interior design drawings and specifications from external design consultants against DLF's design quality standards
• Prepare design feedback reports and review documentation for design consultant submissions
• Coordinate interior design information between design consultants, project management, and construction teams
• Support FF&E specification, material selection, and product research for DLF's residential and commercial projects
• Maintain DLF's design documentation — drawing registers, material libraries, and design standard records
• Conduct site inspections during fit-out phases — review installation quality and prepare inspection reports
• Assist in concept development for DLF amenity areas, lobbies, model apartments, and branded spaces

Requirements & Skills

• B.Des (Interior Design) or B.Arch — 2024/2025 batch
• AutoCAD proficiency; Revit and 3D visualization skills are advantages
• Strong design sensibility for ultra-luxury residential and premium commercial interior environments
• Good English communication skills for consultant coordination and internal stakeholder management
• Understanding of premium interior materials, custom joinery, and luxury FF&E
• Portfolio demonstrating premium residential, commercial, or hospitality interior design
